This Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through 99shop.co. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy:
Return Eligibility:
- 99SHOP® does not generally accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect selections made by the customer.
- Returns or other remedies may be available when a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer receives an incorrect product, the product is confirmed lost or undelivered, or a return is specifically authorized by 99SHOP® in writing.
- Any approved physical return must generally be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must remain unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unaltered, and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
- Products returned without prior written authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
Change-of-Mind and Selection Errors:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds solely because:
- The customer changed their mind.
- The item is no longer wanted or needed.
- The customer placed an accidental or duplicate order.
- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, model, quantity, voltage, base type, or product configuration.
- The item does not fit the customer’s room, doorway, fixture, intended location, or personal preference.
- The customer did not review the product description, specifications, measurements, compatibility information, or delivery requirements before ordering.
If 99FAB® makes a discretionary exception and authorizes a return in writing:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- The product must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may apply.
- Expedited shipping, white-glove service, special delivery, and other completed service charges are non-refundable.
- Any applicable charges will be disclosed when the return is authorized.
- We do not charge an additional 5% processing fee on top of an applicable restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us at hello@99shop.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the shipping box, packaging, labels, and visible damage.
- For freight deliveries, a copy or photograph of the delivery receipt, if available.
Furniture and Large Décor Deliveries:
- Inspect the product and packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any visible damage, missing cartons, punctures, tears, or crushed packaging on the delivery receipt.
- Refuse delivery if the product appears severely damaged.
- Photograph the product, packaging, shipping labels, and visible damage before the carrier leaves whenever possible.
- Do not assemble, install, modify, or discard the product or packaging before receiving instructions from 99SHOP®.
Prompt reporting helps us preserve our ability to investigate the claim with the shipping carrier. Reports received after 48 hours will be reviewed based on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier requirements, and any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Depending on the situation, 99SHOP® may provide replacement parts, arrange a repair, replace the product, authorize a return, or issue a refund.
When an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by 99SHOP® or the shipping carrier:
- 99SHOP® will cover any authorized return-shipping cost.
- No processing, cancellation, or restocking fee will apply.
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless the customer voluntarily requests store credit.
Do not return an item before receiving authorization and the correct return address.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
- An item that was never delivered does not need to be returned.
- If tracking shows that an order is delayed beyond its estimated delivery period, contact hello@99SHOP.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
- If an order is confirmed lost, undeliverable, or delivered to the wrong destination, 99SHOP® may provide a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- No processing, cancellation, or restocking fee applies to an order confirmed lost or undelivered.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the shipment cannot be located, the customer should first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and any available carrier delivery details.
- 99SHOP® may require a carrier investigation, delivery-confirmation review, police report, or other reasonable verification before determining the appropriate resolution for a shipment marked as delivered.
Product Unavailability and Cancellations by 99SHOP®:
99SHOP® regularly updates product availability. However, inventory may occasionally change before order processing is completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer promptly. The customer may:
- Select an available alternative product.
- Accept a revised estimated shipping date when applicable.
- Cancel the affected item or order.
If 99SHOP® cancels an order or item because it is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method, including any applicable shipping, handling, or service charges associated with the unfulfilled item.
- No processing fee, cancellation fee, or restocking fee will apply.
- Store credit will not replace an original-payment refund unless the customer voluntarily requests store credit.
Customer-Requested Order Cancellations:
- To request cancellation, contact hello@99shop.com immediately.
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing shortly after payment.
- If an order has not entered processing, customization, packaging, or shipment, 99SHOP® may approve cancellation without a fee.
- If cancellation is requested after processing or fulfillment preparation has begun, it may be treated as a discretionary return and may be subject to applicable freight, handling, or restocking charges of up to 20%.
- Customer-requested cancellation charges never apply when 99SHOP® cannot fulfill or ship the order as promised.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following products are non-returnable except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Assembled or Installed Furniture: Furniture that has been assembled, installed, modified, used, or altered cannot be returned. Please inspect furniture and all components before beginning assembly.
- Customized Products: Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or otherwise customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved customization details.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
- Opened or Used Electronics and LED Products: Electronics, electrical products, and LED bulbs cannot be returned after being installed or used unless they were damaged or defective when received.
- Security-Sealed Products: Products containing a “Genuine 99SHOP® Product” security seal cannot be returned after the seal has been broken, except for a verified product defect or delivery-related damage.
- Size-Sensitive Products: Shoes, dog collars, harnesses, and other size-sensitive products cannot be returned because the customer selected an incorrect size. Customers must review the applicable size chart before ordering.
If 99SHOP® ships a size, color, model, or configuration different from what was ordered, contact us for assistance under the damaged, defective, or incorrect-items process.
Electrical and Power Source Compatibility:
- The 99SHOP® LED flame bulb may be available in AC and DC 12-volt versions. Customers must verify voltage compatibility before purchasing or installing the product.
- Connecting a DC 12-volt product to an incompatible AC power source may permanently damage it.
- Damage resulting from incorrect voltage, improper installation, misuse, modification, or an incompatible electrical system is not covered by our return, refund, or warranty policy.
Bulb Base and Fixture Compatibility:
- 99SHOP® LED flame bulbs may be offered with E26 standard bases or E12 candelabra bases.
- Customers are responsible for confirming the required base type, bulb dimensions, available fixture space, voltage, and other compatibility requirements before purchasing.
- Returns are not accepted when the customer selected the wrong base type or when a correctly described bulb does not fit the customer’s fixture.
- If 99SHOP® ships a base type different from what was ordered, contact us for assistance.
Return Process:
- Email hello@99shop.com or submit a request through our Support page.
- Include your order number, the reason for the request, and all requested photographs or supporting information.
- Wait for written return authorization and the correct return address.
- Package the authorized product securely using its original packaging whenever possible.
- Use a trackable shipping service if return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Send the return tracking information to 99SHOP® after shipping the product.
Return addresses vary according to the product and fulfillment location. Do not return an item to the address shown on the original package or to a 99SHOP® business address unless specifically instructed to do so.
Customers are responsible for products lost or damaged during customer-paid return shipping. We strongly recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information.
Refunds:
- After an authorized return is received, it will be inspected before a refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Customers may voluntarily request store credit instead.
- No processing, cancellation, or restocking fee applies when 99SHOP® cancels the order or when an item is confirmed unavailable, lost, undelivered, damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- For discretionary returns resulting from customer choice or customer error, authorized return-shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund.
- Once approved, 99SHOP® will normally issue the refund within seven working days.
- The customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to the account.
Exchanges:
- 99SHOP® does not offer direct exchanges.
- If a return is authorized, the customer may place a separate order for the desired product, size, color, or configuration.
- A replacement provided because of damage, defect, or an incorrect shipment is not considered an exchange.

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, freight delivery, tracking, and address requirements are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
